Shipping Information:

Since RaceLogix is a relatively small shop most of the items are ordered from our vendors and shipped from our location in a process that takes 6-10 business days from the date of your order until it is received by you. Our site therefore is for those wishing a reasonable price, and are willing to wait for that discount. If you are purchasing for a race, a trip, or a holiday gift please call the shop so that we can tell you what is available for immediate delivery. Orders in our own inventory are shipped immediately.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

When you place an order with us you are sent an automated confirmation of receipt of your order. Once we have checked availability you will receive a follow-up e-mail with information regarding your order and when you can expect to receive it.

If we have shipped you the wrong item or you have found that the item you purchased does not fit, please call us at 847-491-1004 so that we can begin the exchange process. Ship the incorrect item along with a copy of your packing slip and a copy of your receipt to RaceLogix, 2601 Prairie Ave., Evanston, IL 60201. Please list what you would like to exchange your item for. All web orders can be returned to RaceLogix for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery to you by FedEx. The following conditions must apply: A copy of the packing slip and the receipt must be included. Hang tags must remain attached. The item/items have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged. All items must be returned before a refund will be processed. RaceLogix will reimburse the customer for shipping charges to us for orders that were filled incorrectly.

If I have a race, trip or an event coming up, can I receive my item faster?
Anything we have in stock can go out that day, and items can be shipped overnight. Our standard delivery is from our vendors and to our customers is FedEx 3-day, but can be expedited sooner for a fee. Standard shipping rates will apply in such circumstances.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged for your purchases when your items are ready to ship to you. Funds for purchases made online with a debit card will be held by your bank as standard procedure, and will appear as a temporary posting for 2-3 days. You card is not charged for your purchases at this time.
